i've been experimenting xbees , have been powering them 3.3v pin of arduino's. realized 3.3v pin can deliver 50 ma. (i had stupidly assumed had capabilities similar 5v pin.) the arduino's seem functioning fine along xbee radios if i've broken anything, isn't apparent. i doubt it, lower voltage lower current draw. hey all, so im trying wire in halo led's (12v source) car , harness made didnt work. way have wired follows... wire = 16gauge 12v source (one wire) ->  rocker switch -> (two wires out) -> 2 connectors -> (other side of connectors split 2 wires again) ->  +led wires (4 led halos) -> (-led wires grounded frame) so 12v 1 wire -> switch -> 4 wires out-> halos -> ground i had 1 halo working, i'm going on wire right now. there way control 4 led halos through 1 rocker switch? i'm not electrical componants im not sure if need regulator, inverter, etc... any appreciated!! do have link lights? hello ! first of im using rpi 2 , 2a power supply. received few days ago , worked fine on lg hdmi tv , on asus vh222d screen through vga/hdmi adaptor. finished project , working, no signal on of 2 screens... (the rpi still working because can still launch program) formatted sd card , reinstalled last version of raspbian , .. no more signal. tried "hdmi_safe=1" , of course on screen little resolution, lot of parasites , black screens. tried other parameters on config.txt best result can resolution parasited , blinks sometimes. hope can me google 'config_hdmi_boost' , try values higher default 4. raspberrypi

bonjour, il me semble que j'avais déjà parlé de mon problème en 2013, dans un topic où je demandais de l'aide pour les programmes moteurs pour mon robot à quatre roues. mon projet ayant bien avancé, j'ai achevé cette grosse partie, il me reste maintenant à fignoler les programmes xbee émetteur et récepteur. ayant effectué le premier test ce matin, je me rend compte que le robot (branché à l'alimentation en 8v) ne réagi pas et les moteurs se mettent à tourner dans n'importe quel sens des que je l'alimente. je pense que cela pourrai provenir d'un mauvais paramétrage des switch de la carte moteur (saberthoot 2x25). actuellement le switch 4 est le seul à être en position "down" ce qui correspond à un mode mixte selon la doc de la carte .. etant donné que celle-ci est en anglais, je n'arrive pas à trouver un mode correspondant à mes attentes. c'est pour ça que je vous écris, en espérant  que quelqu'un s'y connait à ce sujet. me

so started when accidentally got raspberrypi model a+ instead of b wanted able use more 1 usb port bought powered usb hub had cool feature had switches let turn on individual usb ports came without dc adapter , when went try , online couldn't find exact 1 bought break out board female usb micro b plug removed dc jack , soldered on dc jack was. connected powered usb hub 5v 1a wall charger , lit seemed fine, didn't smell burning plastic plugged in pi. flipped on 3 usb ports, 1 memory stick keyboard , last 1 usb wifi adapter nothing came on screen power led lit on pi touched around , felt cpu getting hot disconnected , panicked plugged in 20-30 seconds looked around , thought had soldered had 5v line connected d- (data) thin strand of solder , going pi im not sure if problem seems it pi wont make past rainbow screen i've read polyfuses don't know do christmas present , feel bad breaking :/ there way of getting back? appreciated thank in advance
