Arduino tft screen just shows lines.

i have arduino esplora natraul screen, screen new 1 robot, acouple people said had same problems. when turns on screen goes white, , after few seconds shows 4 black lines horizontally down screen block out, pong, or other program. seems screen broken, @ top loose (it can move , down) other hardware looks fine. other people saying sw problem , works fine on arduino robot only. help! , in advance!

i spent long time searching answer this. once checked out arduino site, i found solution works me quickly.

if using arduino libraries version 10.5, need update newer one, 1.5.6 (as of today).

edit: attached picture of esplora issue. fixed.
