Printing TOC
to print toc, file says:
click toc tab.
select print button .
select information print.
it fails toc tab is, , can't find it. seems crazy waste time on such this; , have been easy make instruction clear.

go view -> pods -> project manger.
once have pod open, double click on default toc found in table of contents folder.
i vaugley remeber seeing somewhere in help, can't remeber now.
