greetings! i've got ~4m of rgb led strips in project (in short, arduino listens messages on serial , enables/disables various channel outputs (3 wires per channel) via mosfets. first off, 12v/15w psu connected arduino's gnd , fading via pwm works on of strips in each channel. it's working fine (as need to, anyway) when 3 of total 4 channels in use. each channel functions should when activated independently (shelf shelf), positive not wiring/connectivity issue. when activate 4th channel strips on, entire system goes spastic , of strips blink intermittently; drop using 3 of 4 channels, works fine.  think issue due insufficient power, wanted run topical subject before go scrambling info of components in use... thoughts? 4 meters of rgb strip , 15w power supply might not enough. if power supply getting hot 3 channels ? how arduino board powered ? can use usb power arduino (or seperate power supply) , rgb strips 12v power supply. use multimeter mea

ciao tutti, il mio problema è che nn reisco capire come funziona la libreria della shield di adafruit per il controllo dei servo motori, in particolare non riesco capire il funzionamento della funzione: pwm.setpwm(n,x,y), la "n" ho capito che identifica il servo invece "x" e "y" non capisco cosa si riferiscono, nella libreria vengono identificate come on e off...  ho pensato che magari serve per fare girare il servo tipo da x=10° y=80° ma quando faccio le prove il servo si incricca e mi sembra che va oltre il suo limite, il servo in teoria gira da 0° 180° anche se dopo ho visto che non è proprio così... se utilizzo la servo-shield "cinese" utilizzando le istruzioni della libreria servo.h, il servo gira bene senza incriccarsi o altro..   =( i servi che utilizzo sono tower pro 9g sg90. questa è la libreria: code: [select] /***************************************************   library our adafruit 16-channel pwm & servo driver   pick 1

i made image of 2 partitions, root , home, on hard drive. in case, made image of entire hard drive, same 2 partitions. put in live disk , deleted hard drive partitions. recreated them, made 2 partitions bigger had been (i had used small part of available hard drive space when installed system originally). booted clonezilla , restored 2 partitions images of partitions had made short time before. thought have given me partitions lot of space did not happen. instead, new, larger partitions, fuller old, smaller, original partitions had been. worked, did not space. re-restored entire hard drive image , began. idea can do right if try again? is possible clonezilla saw deleted not erased previous data , wrote imaged data around original data? might dban drive , try again use clones , not images that, if necessary, can go straight cloned data(as opposed restrictions inherent in compressed im

hi, while searching around visualizations banshee multimedia player, found this article. now, have latest version of banshee team's ppa, don't see these anywhere. talks gnome, know made these banshee. heck download these?!?!? very, confused/frustrated human being, spartan-118. ps: why can't linux media players have built-in, support third-party visualizations? wmp it, have whole site it. looks "windoze" *shudders* wins again in "user-friendly" department.... hello wrote little music player. starts song (all .wav) aplay. if process terminates (because song over) starts song using aplay , on. every 6-8 songs, song interrupts @ random time , rest of song time, there's acoustic noise (right translated? mean noise, when put cheap speaker on full volume don't plug in, snow-noise, ...). if aplay terminates after rest of time song had, player starts next song aplay , it's fine again. everytime it's song, everytime time happens. files okay. have idea? rgds narase raspberrypi

i have vista/ubuntu grub2 dual boot. set timeout 0. after reboot, not reach menu select ubuntu. tried hitting escape or holding shift reach menu no success. pressing keys unfortunately reboots pc. automatically boots vista if nothing. can't figure out how reach menu. mistaken in belief of setting timeout 0 do... have livecd way. can fix this? okay open livecd. once in there mount main hd , navigate way in filesystem of local hd /boot/grub/ once there edit menu.lst file , change timeout values. should fix problem timeout! hope helps. we have 2 continuous rotation servos (sm-4303r), , need them push rod between 2 servos down, after period of time, servos need bring rod up. of needs initiated temperature sensor (tmp36). needs sense significant temperature change (more changing air temperatures can cause due direct sunlight), start cycle. please code. ..not clear kind of movement want..(make sketch) it may difficult control servos, control speed not angle.
