different css styles for individual menu-items - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all.
is possible not create custom css modules/menus, individual menu-items? i'd assign individual background-pictures/colors menu items in same menu. saw in backend-menu modules 1 can attach class-tags make modules distinguishable, i'm wondering if similar possible @ menu-item level. or maybe there css-trick count items of list , assign each element unique style?

i'd appreciate note, if knows how this, or can read on this. or case static element?

this not possible in default joomla. need hack menu module or perhaps find 3rd party menu allows this

i did produce hack while back. mod_mainmenu.php file may have changed little since expect easy see apply hack

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
