Problem: Bluetooth HC-05 and my own C# Program

hello,

i´m trying make examples bluetooth module hc-05 , own program have problems sending data arduino. in example send analog values c# programm arduino , make analogwrite value led.
-> work:
1. hterm can send analog values (0-255)
2. can send values arduino , analogwrite
3 prog can connect arduino , send values

-> what not work:
when send value between 128-255 prog arduino doesn´t right value, insted of has value 63.
to show value arduino get, attached lcd.

i have add 2k2 resistor hc-05 tx pin gnd.

hello,

for testing have tried use other pins on arduino uno r3  serial port, not work.
with don´t transfere.
