Solar Tracker Project (need help)

i'm working on solar tracker.  have general idea how works, seems might bit complex.  our current setup running arduino uno 2 photoresistors , separating board, casting shadow on one.  code have compares value of two, don't know how turn panel.  how supposed activate 12v motor arduino? 

with h-bridge motor driver.  buy 1 can handle @ least voltage , current need.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
