How can I FORCE a user to check-in a file(s)

i require user's check out files check them in.

is there force user check in file?


ideally user prompted or required check-in when project closed. need simulate use of check-in button. because have multiple user's using project individuals forget hit button check in commonly used files cause other people wait.

tools/options/version control/check in files when closing projects.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
