Recording 'tool tips'

can tell me way capture 'tool tips' (the pale yellow boxes appear when hovering on tool)?
i've tried recording both , without 'printscreen' button pressed on keyboard, rollover image on slides.

have ensured following option not enabled?

click edit > prefereces... > recording node > mode(s) node , choose demonstration. should see check box labeled "convert tooltips rollover captions". make sure there no check mark in option.

i think once has been done, if remember press assigned print screen key when see tooltips, captured part of process.
