Is it possible to choose the content for RSS Feeds? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have question concerning standard joomla rss feed. shows content of frontpage (items configured appear on frontpage). have items section blog or category blog.

is possible?

not syndicate comes joomla. need 1 of extensions available in extensions directory (link @ top of page).
