Extra SRAM for arduino DUE

hello,

i have created application, using sd-card data source not fast enough.

actually need store 2 integer arrays in fast accessible memory, may have maximum of 10 million entrys...

currently done sd-card, sd-card bit slow...

the internal sram of arduino due not big enough - can assign arrays max. 10000 entrys, program execution not more stable...

is there way attach external ram due?

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
