Internet and FM Radio - is this possible? - Raspberry Pi Forums

taking time read , give me thoughts. i'm new raspberry pi - waiting have concrete problem solve , have it. want build radio a.) can tune fm stations , b.) can switch on stream internet radio pandora. optional plus have buttons control fm radio station pre sets or have remote controlled via app on phone. in pinch or @ first having old school tuner wheel work. want put in kitchen , have play radio or stream internet.

understand enough can rig pandora (or other service) if got wi fi running on pi, way approach getting fm radio working? seeing ton of tutorials on setting pi transmitter, not many on being receiver. want have small amp.

thoughts on this? how feasible newbie? i'm excited learn.
