Multiple flv videos causing sync problems/lockup

i'm in bit of panic - project behind schedule. i'm hoping can offer tips on this.

i didn't think project complicated might wrong. i'm trying create interactive video, in actress poses series of yes or no questions. correct answers continue next question, until success ending reached. wrong answers branch directly fail ending.

- i've converted videos flv using flash video encoder.
- i've created branching logic in captivate using question slides flv embedded behind questions. these seem work well. branching working correctly in workspace, well.
- individual flv files average 300k except intro (6m) , endings (1.3m each).
- entire project consists of 31 slides, 29 of have flv embedded.

the result:
- videos drag , stutter, getting out of sync audio if play @
- on occasion, whole thing crashes (i had hardboot last time tried play result)

what doing wrong? have file size? cramming in here?

thank you

i'm going take stab @ one-

first, right - have simple project. less 35 slides, branching, , questions - easy enough.

i think problem number of .flv files in movie. way .flv files loading/unloading in ram. typically progressively loaded .flv videos play ram buffer, have feeling captivate loading of these videos in ram @ same time. (at least .flv player.) tried little test 6 slides .flv file on each slide. each time new slide .flv file reference added - tacked on 5mb ram usage. looking @ 150 mb of ram usage 30 videos.

try closing out of other applications while testing file, , try again. see happens. giving captivate ram possible - may have better results.

also, try using little less video using still of actress, , place audio track on timeline.

i have never created captivate file 29 different videos in same .cp file - let me know if work.

happy captivating!
