Maxuino and max 5

hi!
i have question:
i want use maxuino connect arduino max/msp.
when want control e.g. servo motor uses [live.slider] object.
as may know – [live.slider] object exists in max 6 – have max 5…
is there way replace [live.slider]? have tried [float] , [slider] no succes.
(i want control through max/msp arduinos pwm ports , stepermoter)


(second) also, found strange green circle messages work, red ones don't…
if slider , float doesn’t work, (according ‘logic’) message object [analogwrite 9 0.5] should work – right?
but sadly doesn’t. can tell me why?


my arduino connected correctly. tested through firmata_test.exe (firmata.org) , works. digital output works through maxuino – @ pin 9 (digital).

update: tried on arduino - 1 doesn't work should..
