Seeing double

i having strange experience dreamweaver (version 8). have written page , woks fine in text editor when displays i'm seeing lot of dopplegangers. link page: 029fe44.netsolhost.com/wcpl2/cards_services/account.html. can see, header , footer both display twice. text in left hand navigation bar has been edited eliminate "my library account" "placing own holds , renewing online." in text editor code duplications , redundancies aren't there; when page displays, there are. how can be?
if have idea please let me know. can send code appears in dreamweaver if help.

start validating code , fixing errors (270 of them).

i don't think i've ever seen page code produce little
content. rethink entire page construction , try simplify
it.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
