Arduino software loading problem.

i using arduino ide program when had reload reason.  when load software keep getting same error message, "could not load keywords.txt. please re-install processing."  have tried old , new programs arduino.cc.

no 1 seems know answer? 

any ideas?  using windows 8.

make fresh install.

do have java (or parts of it) on computer? try remove everything.
keep folder projects , downloaded libraries, remove arduino software as possible.

download arduino software , place in new folder. run folder. try blinking led example.

is harddisk bad ? perhaps can run harddisk check/verify.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
