how can remove email address, home page, , title rows ako comments box?  want username , comment.

anyone please?  ???  seems kinda on done have email address , webpage row comments.  people not want give out email address, , homepage ako comments asking for?  of members not have homepage - or own website.

all comments need username (which in there) , comment - thats all. 

so pease me edit stuff out?
