Problem connecting Arduino to Darlington transistor and Humphrey H041E1 solenoid

i'm attempting connect arduino darlington transistor , humphrey solenoid. solenoid rated @ 18 m ohm internal resistance, not understand how works. in addition, darlington transistor have flyback diode emf. if solenoid rated @ 5v , around 330 ma . darlington transistor require 12v source?

for voltage humphrey h041e1 rated ?
there 5v, 12v , 24v versions of it.

there pdf document here (sorry terrible link): http://www.humphrey-products.com/hpwpc.nsf/9cd03faf5c8af46b852569e40079c794/f581e9ecbb68fbcb85256a01005e38c3

it tells needs 120ma @ 5v.

darlington transistors not have flyback diode. need use flyback diode parallel solenoid.

you need resistor arduino pin base of darlington transistor. can start 4k7 (or 1k 10k).
