Defining hover inline


i using dreamweaver create html-formatted email , learnin
sorts of new things -- never knew define styles inline.
how define link's hover state inline? have table cell defined
as follows:

<td><a href="[link]" style="color:white; text-decoration: none">complete
details @ www.betterppt.com/seminars </a></td>

where hover definition go? can placed inline also? it's not
an attribute of a, don't know place it...
