changing timezone to EM406

hello, i've been reading user's guide , googling this. haven't gotten yet, knows command or set of commands change timezone of em406? or have compute time in timezone in code?

thanks in advance responses.

without knowing module in particular, gps modules return times in utc , responsible calculate time timezone want have. advantage have gps is, might determine timezone you're in mapping given coordinates know timezones. don't expect module have (quite complex) timezone borders stored inside.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
