Integer Input with Pushbutton

an integer value between 0 , 70k supposed assigned variable few possible push buttons , maybe 1-2 lines display. how can guys me code please?
are there libraries witch provide small menue structure, scroll decimal places instance?

do need way implement few buttons possible or want finished library it?
you can 2 (three if need enter button too) buttons using 1 count current digit , other 1 change next digit. if use time based input method can 1 button having long push of button change digit while short pushes counting up.
