CS3 Contribute Editor CSS Display Errors

while re-designing our sites table-less , more "skin-able" via css, i've found couple of editor display bugs make modern page layouts bad in contribute. in particular, float right divs navigation items in them , no support min-height. attached dw template illustrates this.

any suggestions on how work around bug?

in addition, minor bug (missing feature). not illustrated in attached code, contribute not display jsp include files dreamweaver does. e.g.: you've got line like:

<%@ include file="sidenav.jsp" %>

the contents of sidenav.jsp not displayed in editor. hmm, because it's not considered dependency when edit copy made?

here's code demo this.

my understanding contribute uses ie engine...? stoppped trying load style sheets , load ones text editing contribute.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
