can't edit page
i user contribute @ company. when try edit 1 page error message, "you can't edit page because jgaffey (that's me) editing it." there no drafts in draft console.
i had once used adobe's free download, ended buying it. guessing there confusion there. how can disable old draft? free download not on computer anymore since bought it.

this caused lock file left on server. contribute creates lock file on server when user tries edit page.
this lock file removed if able publish page, there cases corrupted lock files being left on server restricting editing page if no 1 else accesing it.
try logging on server using separate ftp application filezilla or fetch if using mac.
on root directory corresponding file .lck extension.
make sure have contribute closed before deleting .lck file.
once deleted, try edit page having issues editing.=)
