well have 3 microcontrollers 3 different problems
atmega644pa-pu
i use arduino isp, work other cips; schematics uploaded below 
mi question witch 1 ded ??

1 .
i can burn boatloader  - ok (tried more )
i have led on d0 in bootloader must blink , - ok
no errors
================ problem
when upload sketch makes pins blink ... alll dead
any sketch upload not work

2.
burn bootloader

the connections fine because have other cip , work fine
is not on breadboard  ... fixed no lose wires

can unbrik 1 of them ?

i used avrdudess
and avrdude

same thing arduino ide ..... same problems
i can read fuses , write them atrmicrocontroller 1 2
but @ 3 0x00 low high , extended

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
