tried make menuconfig under ubuntu. seemed ieee80211 & wireless driver ipw2200 have been installed , compiled.
following graphs when run make menuconfig.
<network device support>
<m> intel pro/wireless 2200bg , 2915abg network connection
<wireless>
<m> generic ieee 802.11 networking stack (mac80211)
mean these modules have been compiled? how check out? , how know if loaded while ubuntu running?
