Mosets Tree & HP with OPEN SEF - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i have searched , read extensively on both here , @ mosets cannot find works, or definitive - latest versions of each of these.

i running open sef , working great hp , tree. recognize components , lists them in config , have set aliases , enabled feature. nothing has affect except email features don't work in tree , hp when these components turned on in open sef config.

so there seems 2 issues others suffer mail issue -  being first, second being there no url rewrite friendly's.

does have conclusive info on this?

i stumbled upon post , thought you're not alone. designed website uses mosets tree , opensef. downside these 2 working side side not 100% compatible....as have discovered. after site launched , running few weeks getting indexed search engines, getting wacky things randomly happening , turned out opensef component (great component, not mosets). decision resulted in removal of opensef , opting in use default joomla sef. , unfortunately discovered also, mosets urls not friendly urls opensef...not sure why.

my suggestion...use default sef. search engines still index pages...the urls won't pretty.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible). Smoothing Capacitor value?

hi everyone! i have question "smoothing capacitors". have 5v arduino project have 6 individual 5v components attached it. since need these running @ different times, wanted take similar approach of nick gammon's in helpful example (http://www.gammon.com.au/forum/?id=12106) , use few mosfets switch these little guys on & off individually (instead of regular arduino pins), while minimizing potential power surges affect microcontroller and/or components themselves. these components 5v, , have maximum draw of ~170ma when powered on @ same time. so, if used 6 different mosfet switches turn switch +5v power line on each component directed via arduino uno, wondering: 1. still use 1 capacitor (like nick did in example)? 2. capacitor of 100uf work, or should use bigger? my plan first test circuit mosfets & capacitor(s) using usb, , later on, moving project battery power. thanks in advance ideas & suggestions! quote these little guys what ...
