Questions system for a classroom

ok, had idea project. idea have small arduino system have touch toggle sensor, (http://www.adafruit.com/products/1375) send signal main arduino have led's indicate that student have question. now, need there 30 students. have idea of want do, not of idea of how it. idea have send on bluetooth, although not entirely sure how long signal can go http://www.adafruit.com/products/1327. although use wifi if comes it. main system near teacher's desk/computer, signal have around 75 feet. also, can't figure out arduino use student , teacher systems, because of need dongle, , 30 led's

so, able done, , if how work take, since seems simple.
