i'm new on forum , find self bit lost in here
so many topics. feel can write in , none in particular.
i never use arduino board. know of course famous , worked 8bit avr long time ago when designed first dev board in spring of 2003.
not sure arduino available don't not history curios know.
i build 100 of dev board own money fortune 30% of money got selling 1 room 12sqm apartment rest went in getting small piece of land build first house.
it hard convince people buy avr dev boards people familiar microcontrollers in pic.
i familiar zilog 8bit processors before searching microcontroller learn , avr seems best value , futures @ time.
i sold of them colleagues @ first place of work after getting engineering degree i'm not old
here photo have dev board (the digital cameras not great in 2003)
that small sbc (single board computer) build in larger numbers 250 since numbers of @ mega 8 able @ price.
right have new project considered advertising talk since on kickstarter right now.
i based on arm cortex m0 consider microcontroller days thinking avr great more 10 years ago. try use best available microcontroller if need learn new architecture.
actually in 2003 wrote programs in asm avr i'm using c preferred asm since i'm more of hardware engineer software.
this new project open source hw , sw , if successful make video tutorials people can learn programing , electronic design including pcb design using kicad.
i'm big user of open source way of giving bit.
i here on form learn more people learn , sort of questions asked , try participate as possible.
was there better thread introduction if , admin can move there?
