i must not understand html because don't know why gif file in ap element display in front of other ap elements except flash files. there work around?

all active content on page rise top, speak,
including flash, form elements, java applets, , active x controls.
this means each of these poke through layers. there not
cross-browser/platform reliable way solve issue, if can
confident in visitors using ie 5+ or nn6+, can use flash
wmode parameter (however, safari not support properly!).

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
