Installation problems on Windows


i trying install flex builder 3 on windows xp professional machine, have full admin rights. error messages on install (excerp below):

i can't open application after install. trying, new error message:

does know problem might caused by, , how can fix it?

i'm getting same error when trying install on win xp machine - have found solution yet?
