i've been told try , repair table sessions or that, , done in phpmyadmin, however, when go phpmyadmin, can't find tables or sessions anywhere! i've attached pic of page found that's prob place anything!

please me solve problem! i've worked on site 4 years , don't want lose now!!!

you have select db , click on operations tab. there find repair button.
