What is necessary for a web host in order to run Flex apps? How to configure?

i did find few past postings on forum none seemed address problem.

can had hands on experience share his/her knowledge migrating flex application production environment? need modify settings? when transfer bin folder contents ui works fine data connection throws errors.

does web host need have specific software installed? more specifically, host has cf 7 not have flex data services installed. use remoteobject guess can done without flex data services. correct?

finally, if can refer me configuration guide web host need follow, appreciated.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
