Pop-up not appearing in browser

, pop-up menu (html image file) appears in full in browser preview when remove image below it. knows how can how bring html pop image file front looks lost behind image? i've tried putting in layer no joy. please if can.

let's see page, please. did use dw's pop-up menu behavior? if so,
then it's stupid way coded problem....

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
