"EndEditable.." Error

i building template site code below. when saving template, keep getting error
"error @ line 42, column 8...editable region extends /html tag (the end-editable-region tag
missing)"

but end-editable-region tag appears there. missing, & how can correct this?

your library item contains closing html tag. need remove that.

also, stylesheet link in library item shouldn't there, either.
it's in head of document belongs.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
