uploading to funduino mini

i have cheap chinese fake arduino mini called funduino http://www.ebay.com/itm/funduino-pro-mini-atmega328p-5v-16m-micro-controller-board-compatible-arduino-/200922410720?pt=lh_defaultdomain_0&hash=item2ec7e8aee0
this arduino not have usb port using converter http://www.ebay.com/itm/usb-to-rs232-ttl-pl2303hx-auto-converter-module-converter-adapter-for-arduino-/300881830900?pt=lh_defaultdomain_0&hash=item460df463f4

i not know how upload, have tried things getting avrdude.exe error code: avrdude.exe: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

i connect rx rx, tx tx, gnd gnd not sure 5v. read  ishould connect vcc on mini cheap version not have one. tried vin, vbus , 5v nothing yet. not sure board should select upload to.

you should able connect 5v 5v

but need connect rx tx  , tx rx respectively between programmer , mini...

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
