Content not appearing the same across site

i working on new site, great deal of users on site , quite bit of working out on part have come against problem 1 of css rules isn't applying same rules across site consistency. down inheritance again, css knowledge coming on well, lacking because can't figure out causing problem.

i give links pages work correctly , pages have same css working differently?

correct page , correct page

the following pages not applying same css 'content' rule same - incorrect content layout , incorrect content layout
