Clear as mud instructions for novice.

hi all, have joined arduino community,so total novice.i'm trying use teensy 3.1 relay telemetry model aircraft taranis rc transmitter.i've installed arduino , teensy software onto computer perplexed ambiguous instructions libraries in zip file downloaded  :smiley-eek-blue:

mavlink_frskysport_1.2%20%281%29.zip found on wiki page : http://caddrones.com/blogs/youtube

i cannot see folder marked library , don't know items need copy arduino/library work  :smiley-red:

any assistance,hints or grateful for,at moment floundering around straws.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible). hi, i want limit number of characters in intro text (bots?) on frontpage as well section / category blog layouts. i need insert " . . .
