Publishing Stand Alone

i published stand alone custom program built powerpoint slides (54) & photos. photos both jpg & bmp (mostly jpg) quality @ 50%, res 1024x768, borders turned off, 508 compliance off, total executable file size 75mb. cpu usage shoots 100% when program trying launch. i've created several software simulation programs, without issue, 1 has been fighting me way. ideas on else can do? i'm supposed present program advisory board tomorrow morning--help!

forgot mention--when program on cd, opposed network, doesn't launch. pops "open program" dialog box. i've got autorun.inf file on cd well.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
