layers

in dreamweaver 8 put layers on top of layer.
in adobe cs3 changed layers ap divs , here can't put div on top of inside placed div !

is there explanation or question of settings in preferences ?
is impossible ?

'layers' *were* ap divs, nothing has changed.

if aren't aware of how ap divs work, though, should avoid
using anyways. it's easy way make site fall apart in hands
of end-user preferences.
