how to move contets in home page - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have many content showed in front page of differente category.
example. have first place post belong category video, in second place have post belong news video. because have edited new content second post want place in first place! try change order in tha dmin panel nothing happen....i don't want time edit content go first place, when want....
how do?

in admin panel, go menu , go main menu.  home should linked component - frontpage.  click , have parameters on right side.  after #links notice ordering options categories , other ordering options.  adjust liking.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
