Flash 9.0.115.0 - Crash with Pentium II

on pentium ii, @ http://www.webbalert.com/ , flash 9.0.115.0 crashes click video play it. crashes everytime in ie, firefox, safari , opera. it's plugin crashing , taking browser it. tried on fresh install of xp etc.

i can avoid crash making sure embed element loads video has width that's less 411. width being greater 410 causes plugin crash.

now, if load uri swf file loads video directly in address field, plugin doesn't crash. it's when it's embedded in page via markup.

i see same problem @ http://break.com/

i not problem previous versions of plugin (like r47 , r48).

i not problem 115 *if* use piii instead of pii.

is known problem?
if so, there plan fix it?
has support processors without sse been dropped in instances?

btw, tried using contact support forms, fail on submission.

i can make flash plugin crash youtube video adding &fmt=18 video uri.

again, not problem previous versions of plugin.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
