Can anyone recommend a ADC?
hi guys,
can recommend *through hole* adc has built-in error checking? i'm reading signal increments 1 or 2 points , arduino analog pin changes 1 or 2 values. so, it's hard see real signal change , signal floating.
i'm thinking of built-in error checking , higher bit resolution.
thanks,
cameron.

hi - drift looking @ normal on arduino due non isolated ground analog ports, can dip packages or solutions http://proto-pic.co.uk/ads1015-12-bit-adc-4-channel-with-programmable-gain-amplifier/ - sort of resolution looking for? 10 bit enough or 12 bit? need go high 16 bit resolution. adding bypass capacitors circuit may these voltages remain relatively stable. @ datasheet source/sensor may offer more advice on circuit layout reduce 'noise'.
