Pi 2 Model B, display and TNC-Pi - Raspberry Pi Forums

firstly new raspberry world.i have purchased following , not seem compatible pin config , board/hole position. main board's hole configuration not in align either of display board or tnc-pi board. when display board plugged in white , appears driver issues. have tried image display manufacture custom drivers , configuration found online. both same result , have reconfigure use hdmi boot. have suggestions or corrections setup?
  • raspberry pi 2 model b project board - 1gb ram - 900 mhz quad-core cpu
  • 3.5 inch 320*480 resistive touch screen tft xpt2046 lcd compatible raspberry pi (pi 2) model b b+ a+ raspbian video photo display system @xyg

working ham radio packet communications setup.

i have xastir running on b+ raspberry pi. tnc-x board connected ht. have 4" touchscreen lcd. not go smaller have scroll around screen. power using solar charged 20,000mah battery pack. raspberry pi , ht can run off 5 volts.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible). Smoothing Capacitor value?

hi everyone! i have question "smoothing capacitors". have 5v arduino project have 6 individual 5v components attached it. since need these running @ different times, wanted take similar approach of nick gammon's in helpful example (http://www.gammon.com.au/forum/?id=12106) , use few mosfets switch these little guys on & off individually (instead of regular arduino pins), while minimizing potential power surges affect microcontroller and/or components themselves. these components 5v, , have maximum draw of ~170ma when powered on @ same time. so, if used 6 different mosfet switches turn switch +5v power line on each component directed via arduino uno, wondering: 1. still use 1 capacitor (like nick did in example)? 2. capacitor of 100uf work, or should use bigger? my plan first test circuit mosfets & capacitor(s) using usb, , later on, moving project battery power. thanks in advance ideas & suggestions! quote these little guys what ...
