Not exactly 16:9 ratio?
my video camera supposedly produces 16:9 aspect ratio, after creating avi file, , importing movie flash, using robert reinhardt's aspect ratio tables still see thin black line @ top , bottom of screen.
the size want use reinhardt's table 512x288...but original video looks more 512x280 (thus small black bars @ top , bottom of screen).
anybody know what's going on here? can't see loss of quality straying little exact 16:9 ratio.

the issue there camera produce overhead around actual content, shoot content showing on tv set , there need aware of safe frames, outside of safe frames might not shown on tv set..
today need crop black borders out in editing tool rid of them.when using premiere, can crop bit out in output panel.
