Opacity shortkey desparate help After effects

please help! urgent can not find anymore way access value window of opacity option. did lot of times before; pressing 1 key appeared value window 1-100 change value opacity saved hours of work. infinitely if hepl me out of this

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
