okay, combining card reader fingerprint scanner (5v ttl (gt-511c1) fingerprint scanner) , card reader normal magnetic car reader serial port. want make system allows syncronize fingerprint idendification card. system have reject if not old enough. system have reject if fingerprint dosen't match id-card.
is possible , how make , program this?

please help. 3 students needs , guidance possible.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
