How can I display my sensor values in my computer ?

i want display values in graphic way without seeing bunch of numbers running through screen. want see statistics people can understand happening. there program can useful?



i have used processing write programs display data sent uno pc via serial port.  processing free open source programming language quite similar the language (c++) used program arduino (the arduino ide based on processing ide).
