ATmega 328 project??

hi, purchased atmega 328 , protoboards , other things online. new this, please forgive lack of knowledge. goal setting out achieve have display (lcd or led) display information temperature, air quality, , if possible, heart rate monitor. possible board? or need more boards or different one? please point me in right direction?  or tell me going need/expect of this? appreciated greatly! thanks!! have attached photo below of board getting in week or two's time.

yes can use pro mini these things.
i recommend buy arduino uno though, development on use mini final product.
start basic sketches learn programming.
google, lcd arduino, examples.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
