Seeed Protoshield Kit for Arduino questions

model  str104b2p     assembly instructions not solder adc6 , adc7 unless using seeeduino.  adc6 , adc7 i'm not supposed solder because i'm using arduino uno r3?  not know refers to.  also, if has advice on using seeed protoshield kit, please let me know.  i've ordered protoshield kit through radio shack, , should in tomorrow.

uno uses dip part, not support adc6 & 7. 2 analog input pins on smd parts.

i have laptop dead motherboard . can remove components laptop , in anyway possible connect raspberry pi inbuilt display , keyboard on laptop ? (and touchpad if possible).
